Altin JANI has been appointed General Director of the National Authority for the Security of Classified Information (Albanian NSA), by Decision No. 195, dated April 3, 2024 issued by the Council of Ministers.

Mr. JANI joined the NSA in 2012 following a tenure in the private sector. Over the years, Mr. JANI has supervised the Industrial Security Sector, providing a significant contribution to policy formulation, procedural adherence, state oversight, and the promotion of security awareness across various domains such as classified information pertaining “state secret”, NATO, EU, as well as other international organizations and states.

Altin JANI holds degrees in in Legal Sciences and History. He has conducted numerous training session both domestically and internationally focusing on classified information security.

Additionally, Altin JANI speaks English and Italian languages.
